Turtle Bread!!!

This... this... is what I DREAMED of making, my whole life. I had this book called Alpha-Bakery, it's so stinkin cute,

it has a food item per letter... and the one for T is... TURTLE
BREAD!!!

Basically, it's bread, shaped like a turtle, but in my younger years, when I first got this book, it seemed so far away... so... IMPOSSIBLE... but I suppose, now I can say, I've reached my dreams, and achieved the impossible with TURTLE BREAD!!!

I mean... how could I NOT want to make this... it's stinkin' cute looking!!!
Here is a picture of my turtle "resting" I always giggle when recipes say, "let the dough rest" :)... but... that's just me!!
